Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible as most of our products are made-to-order.

Orders are generally shipped within 3–7 working days unless specified otherwise.
Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.

5. Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under certain conditions:

Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery via our official return form.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
