ZIVAAE — Return & Exchange Policy
1. Our Commitment
At Zivaae, your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we ensure a smooth and respectful return or exchange experience.
2. Return & Exchange Window
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 3 days will not be eligible for return or exchange, as our quality and hygiene standards are time-sensitive.
3. Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Sarees, suits, dupattas, and accessories must not show any signs of wear or alterations.
- Beauty products, hygiene-related items, innerwear, pierced earrings, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Zivaae will bear the full return shipping cost and arrange pickup.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You may also opt for Zivaae Store Credit (gift balance) for faster future purchases.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Fill out our Return Form to submit your request.

- Please include your Order Number, Product Name, Reason for Return/Exchange, and clear product photos (in case of damage/defect).
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with pickup instructions or a return label.
7. Exchange Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit as per your preference.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it can only be processed through the return/exchange process.
